Cushman & Wakefield represented ADT Fire & Security.
Bruce Edmondson of Cushman and Wakefield said: “The move has brought a quality occupier to Leeds City Office Park and shows the ongoing confidence in the Leeds office market.”
ADT is an integrated alarm and security systems provider for homes and businesses, offering burglar alarms, CCTV systems and smoke detectors.
The firm employs 25 people at its Leeds office.
