New Liverpool HQ and command centre for North West Ambulance Service
North West Ambulance Service has acquired a base in Liverpool to serve as its HQ and regional command centre.
The organisation’s new home, Estuary Point, features 40,000 sq ft of office space along with land opportunities for further expansion.
Part of Liverpool International Business Park, near Junction 6 of the M62, the scheme is located six miles from the city centre and offers views over the River Mersey and Speke Garston Coastal Reserve.
The Liverpool office of real estate advisory firm CBRE complete the sale of Estuary Point on behalf of former owner Gladman Developments.
Neil Kirkham, director of CBRE’s advisory and transaction services, said: “Estuary Point is a stunning, modern landmark building in a highly desirable out of town location which provides prime office space with close attention to environmental benefits.
“We are delighted to work with North West Ambulance Service to secure prestigious accommodation for its regional command centre.”
