The Liverpool office of real estate advisory firm CBRE complete the sale of Estuary Point on behalf of former owner Gladman Developments.
Neil Kirkham, director of CBRE’s advisory and transaction services, said: “Estuary Point is a stunning, modern landmark building in a highly desirable out of town location which provides prime office space with close attention to environmental benefits.
“We are delighted to work with North West Ambulance Service to secure prestigious accommodation for its regional command centre.”
