West Yorkshire Print Management Company appointed by Eaton Smith Solicitors

As part of a company wide efficiency drive, Eaton Smith has appointed ABS UK Ltd to assume their print and document management.

Eaton Smith, a law firm and solicitors specialising in personal and commercial law, has reduced their overall print costs by an estimated 38% per month following a print audit undertaken by ABS.

ABS recommended and implemented the installation of 17 Samsung printing systems at their office based in Huddersfield town centre, which facilitates 68 employees. During installation, all staff were given training on the new machines; in addition, a rep from Samsung came on site to provide employees with any additional training and to address any system queries.

Reviewing the print solution was part of an overall efficiency drive for the company with an aim of working smarter across all systems in the business as it continues to grow.

Michaela Bruszniewski, Practice Manager at Eaton Smith commented: “We’ve been extremely impressed with the systems that ABS have put in place; it has not only helped us to save money, but has also saved us time with regards to reporting, maintenance and ink and toner orders - which are now done automatically when machines are running low.”

“The transition period was surprisingly smooth; ABS recycled a large number of our old machines which meant we didn’t have the inconvenience of removing them. ABS understood our business and it’s needs and provided us with a solution that has exceeded expectations in terms of improving our efficiency.”

David Lees, Marketing & CSR Manager at ABS UK Ltd commented: “We’re delighted to be assisting Eaton Smith with our expert print consultancy. Many businesses aren’t aware of the costs they incur for printing and maintenance but our work with Eaton Smith shows that it isn’t just about cost saving; the time spent for staff members to arrange printer maintenance, order inks and toners, print reports and so on can be excessive and therefore our systems are put in place to ensure that time is kept to an absolute minimum.”
