Carter Towler completes four new property deals in Horsforth
Carter Towler has negotiated the letting of four properties in Horsforth on behalf of Jack Lunn (Properties) Ltd.
Smart Insights, the Leeds-based digital marketing company, is expanding and has moved to a new 1,995 sq ft premises at Suite 5 Jason House, Kerry Hill, Horsforth.
In addition, commercial interior design company Rodley Interiors has taken Suite 2, which is 960 sq ft.
Two further offices have also been let by Carter Towler at Feastfield, a courtyard development adjacent to Town Street, to ISS Ltd and Yorkshire Wealth Management.
ISS Ltd has moved into Unit 4 Feastfield, which is 1,575 sq ft, and Yorkshire Wealth Management Ltd has taken the 1,575 sq ft Unit 7.
Philip Shopland-Reed, Carter Towler senior surveyor, said: “There are a couple of suites still available in both properties but we know they won’t be for long!
“The market for quality, small to medium-sized offices such as these is currently very buoyant especially in out-of- town locations such as Horsforth.
“The excellent local amenities including shops, cafes and leisure facilities coupled with good transport links make offices like these really desirable places to work.”
WSB and Carter Towler acted as joint agents on these lettings.
