Disruptive technology in lab medicine is key focus at global diagnostics summit

Novarum DX Founder and BBI Group Head of Mobile, Dr Neil Polwart, will demonstrate the smartphone’s disruptive potential to shift diagnostic testing from laboratories to the point of care, at the Next Generation DX Summit 2017.

Dr Polwart will discuss how the smartphone will impact upon the healthcare industry between 1-3 years, during a keynote speaker panel on Disruptive Technologies in Lab Medicine.

Held in Washington between 15th - 18th August, the summit is expected to attract over 1,000 industry professionals from the diagnostics world. The annual gathering invites industry figures to learn about technological advancements and next generation solutions for diagnostic testing, which are at the forefront of innovation and patient care.
