Morson Group swoops in for Leeds IT recruitment specialist

The Bridge, the Leeds-based specialist recruiter, has been acquired by the Morson Group in a deal which puts the businesses “well placed for future growth.”

Based in Manchester, the Morson Group is a technical recruiter and engineering design and project management company with a global presence across all engineering markets including rail, aerospace defence, energy, infrastructure IT and oil & gas.

Morson has over 40 offices worldwide.

The Bridge, which specialises in IT recruitment, has become a wholly owned subsidiary within the Morson Group, maintaining its brand and contracts whilst joining the Morson family.

DSW’s Corporate Finance team in Yorkshire and the North East advised on the sale of The Bridge.
