DCS adds new software product to its portfolio
Boston Spa-based IT providers, Deans Computer Services (DCS), has expanded its portfolio of software following an agreement to act as a reseller for the employee management solution developed by Leeds-based Abeceder.
Abeceder’s H2R product provides a secure, efficient management system with a range of informative content and resources to assist business managers in dealing with every aspect of the relationship between employer and employee, from hiring through to retiring. The software is straightforward to implement and can be tailored to each organisation’s operational needs. H2R’s fully integrated solution covers recruitment, performance management, development and training, pay and benefits, expenses, time management, discipline, grievance and health and safety.
DCS marketing director, Suzie Cowling, said: “Employee management is an important business issue, but it is often complex and difficult to get right. H2R’s intuitive functionality is designed to make the task easier. In adding this new solution to our portfolio, DCS are also able to offer H2R with the support service of Abeceder’s CIPD-qualified professionals, who will conduct a full HR and training audit and work with our clients to ensure a smooth launch. They will remain available post-launch to help our clients to deal with any business-critical HR issues.”
“The security of employee data has never been more important and our H2R package has been designed to address this vital need. H2R provides multiple levels of security, covering different types of job roles, and the system is hosted on a centrally-managed server with stringent levels of virtual and physical security.”
The development of H2R was led by Abeceder founder Michael Millward, a HR professional with more than 30 years’ experience gained in the UK and around the world in a wide range of organisations from start-ups to multi-nationals. The product is now available alongside a wide range of DCS solutions and services designed for SMEs, including systems consultancy and integration, networking installations, equipment maintenance and repairs, accounting and business software installation with training and support, bespoke programming, internet e-mail/e-commerce solutions and business forms.
