Incase appoints Hermione Gibbins as new Head of Sales EMEA

Incase, design-driven bag and accessory brand centred on protection and mobility, has brought on Hermione Gibbins to head up their EMEA Sales Team, to further accelerate the growth of the firm internationally. Hermione brings 15 years’ experience managing sales and increasing revenues for premium brands such as Kipling and KNOMO. While working at the latter, she was responsible for developing the brand’s presence within existing and new retail channels. “It is hugely important to support retailers in an ever-changing retail environment by building strong relationships and supporting sell-through as well as sell-in,” comments Hermione. In her new role at Incase, Hermione has been tasked to drive the sales and business development of the brand’s offering, including their key Travel collections and specialised product ranges designed for today’s creatives. Her focus will be to continue building on being the ‘best in class’ with existing distribution and to further develop the brand’s presence in new areas with a strategic and focused rollout plan. Neil Edwards, Managing Director EMEA at Incipio Group, Incase’s parent company, said, “With Hermione’s extensive background in the accessories sector of the market she is a fantastic addition to our expert team. She will be instrumental in demonstrating our principles of good design to key retailers allowing our customers to have the best possible experiences while in pursuit of their passions.”
