North East trampoline park operator jumps for joy after unveiling opening date for first Newcastle venue

Jump 360, the North-East trampoline park operator, has announced the opening date of its newest branch in Newcastle.

The trampoline park operator has announced that it will open to the public on Monday 28th August 2017.

The new 30,000 sq. ft. indoor trampoline park, based in Benton Business Park, will feature a a wide range of activities including foam pits, airbags, dodgeball courts, slam dunk basketball lanes, 20 ft tumble tracks and two meter jump platforms.

The site will also comprise a range of new attractions including the North East’s first giant ninja assault course, a bucking bronco bull ride and Aeroball courts..

This Ninja assault course will let contenders race against the clock over various obstacles to the finish line. The course will offer over 20 challenges including cargo nets, drop slides, glide tracks, and motorized turntables.

Jump 360’s owner, The Fun Shack Group, currently operate three separate family indoor leisure businesses: Fun Shack (Seaham and Stockton), Clip ’N Climb (Stockton) and the other two Jump 360 venues situated in Stockton and Hartlepool.

The business is family-run and its four directors consist of two brothers and their partners; Stuart and Georgette Freeman and Craig and Andrea Freeman.

Stuart Freeman, director of The Fun Shack Group, said: “We are very excited to launch our first park in Newcastle and bring all the fun and excitement of Jump 360 to families during the last week of the summer break.

“The end of the school holidays can make everyone a little blue but we have developed some fantastic new additions to the Jump 360 experience which is sure to put a bounce in your step!”

As well as the new activities, the park will continue to offer a range of fitness classes, general bounce sessions and Teen sessions. Jump Support, the park’s sessions for customers with additional needs will also continue as part of the new project.
