Orion Homes appoints new sales & marketing director
Orion Homes has appointed Jo Lumb as sales & marketing director to oversee its next phase of expansion.
Jo established an impressive track record before joining Orion Homes in 2004 as a land buyer. She was quickly promoted to land & commercial manager, taking on additional responsibilities within the company’s commercial division, Orion Developments. In 2015 Jo was appointed to the board as commercial director and she is now stepping into a new role overseeing sales and marketing across all residential developments whilst continuing to manage the company’s commercial property portfolio.
Orion Homes’ managing director, Chris Weston, said: “Orion Homes is in excellent hands with the appointment of Jo to this key position. She has played a vital role in securing prime land for many of our most successful developments over the past decade and has also been instrumental in establishing a thriving business park at Orion Office Express in Horbury. Jo’s proven abilities in land buying and sales will be a major asset as we seek to expand our build programme over the next few years.”
Orion Homes is currently building a range of family detached homes Leafield Gardens in Wrenthorpe and Benton Park in Horbury and a selection of semi-detached and mews homes at Mayfield Gardens in Wyke. The company has also commenced work to build a choice of luxury detached homes at Vicarage Meadows, its forthcoming development in Holmfirth, where the first releases will be available September. A limited number of suites are currently available to let at Orion Office Express.
