Benjamin Moore paints its way into Fulham Road flagship store
The Sloane Stanley Estate, a property management company, has announced it will welcome American designer paint brand Benjamin Moore to its debut London showroom.
Opening this month at 263 Fulham Road, the 1,300 sq-ft flagship showroom is said to stock the brand’s range of high-end quality paint in various colours of more than 3,500 shades.
Benjamin Moore is a specialist in paint, colour and coatings, and has been available in the UK since September 2015 online and through Shaw Paints Ltd.
Hannah Grievson, commercial property manager at Sloane Stanley, commented: “Benjamin Moore’s focus on exceptional quality makes them a wonderful addition to Fulham Road’s premium interiors and lifestyle hub.
“We are pleased to announce the signing of this new flagship store, which highlights the demand from premium brands to take prime space with the Estate, strengthening our retail and lifestyle mix.”
This news comes after the recent opening of Silvera, the French interior design specialists, on King’s Road who launched its showroom in June 2017. Serving a catchment of £555.5m, the Estate serves a catchment of over 8.5m people.
The director of Shaw Paints, Helen Shaw, said: “We are thrilled to be debuting in the capital on such a sought after, prime location. With an unswerving commitment to the finest quality paints, colours and finishes, we feel our brand offers something unique to the area.”
Miles Commercial and Savills represented Sloane Stanley, while Shaw Paints dealt directly.
