Tech firm ION holds event to find, win and keep customers

On Thursday September 7th (18:00 – 21:00) Gosforth-based tech firm and registered partners of Salesforce, ION, is holding a free event for businesses on how to find, win and keep customers from managing every lead and contact through a specific client journey.

Managing director of ION Rob Mathieson said: “As technology continues to impact the marketing process, data tracking and analytics have become more detailed, easier to use and much more valuable. So ION wanted to create an event which will teach businesses how they can leverage marketing automation to optimize their marketing efforts, accelerate lead conversion and drive growth.”

The team at ION will show guests that by using a Sales Cloud to track customer information integration in one place means that all of their customer data is never more than a tap away on the go. Salesforce IQ connects directly to the Salesforce1 Mobile app, so businesses can dig deeper into all their CRM data for further insights or update to keep data 100% accurate.

He explains: “The Service Cloud can give your customers the answers they need, whenever they need them. Customer’s expectations for service are rising every day so being able to meet these new needs often means providing a type of personalised service that goes above and beyond what your competitors can deliver.”

The free event is at Baltic - Centre for Contemporary Art, The River Terrace Room on Thursday September 7th starting at 6pm and guests are invited for an evening of talks refreshments, entertainment and networking by registering here: https://www.salesforce.com/eu/events/details/fwk-event-newcastle-07-09-17/
