CPP to bring trio of Sheffield Parkway instructions to market

Commercial Property Partners (CPP), the property consultancy firm, has been appointed to market a trio of Sheffield Parkway instructions following completion.

All instructions can be approached directly off the Parkway, the main arterial link between Sheffield City Centre Park Square roundabout and Junction 33 of the M1.

Navigation House is an office building occupying a prominent position fronting the Sheffield Parkway, with a 9,000 sq ft ground-floor suite available, within the Victoria Quays development.

Victoria Quays currently boasts a number of occupiers, including Rank/Grosvenor Group, CMS (Nabarro’s) solicitors, Servelec and Lloyds Banking Group.
