Luxury student accommodation provider IconInc opens £25m development in Leeds

IconInc, the luxury student living brand, has opened the doors of The Glassworks, a £25m six storey development in Leeds.

The Glassworks features all-inclusive facilities, including a gym with personal trainers and a sauna and steam room and an array of communal areas.

Students will also be able to use the accommodation’s own home cinema, equipped with surround sound and a nine foot screen, a ‘mega kitchen’ with wok burners, a lounge with wide screen TVs and sofas, group study rooms and games zone.

Each of the 150 luxury apartment at The Glassworks includes 1,000 pocket sprung double or king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, flat screen smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and all-inclusive utility bills.

Residents can also receive complimentary breakfast and a 24-hour concierge to assist with all manner of enquiries.

In addition, a fully equipped pantry comes with a large selection of sandwiches, ready meals, drinks, snacks and ice creams.

IconInc also offers a range of additional services, including professional cleaning, fully equipped kitchen equipment, Egyptian cotton towels and bedding and grocery shopping.
