Dozens of jobs are up for grabs this week at Liverpool Shopping Park, the new multi-million pound retail and leisure destination coming to Edge Lane.
Big-name brands confirmed for the £100m development will meet people seeking permanent, part-time and temporary work on Wednesday (September 13).
The job fair, organised by developer The Derwent Group and employment organisation Liverpool in Work, will see retailers such as H&M, River Island, Outfit, Foot Asylum, JD Sports, B&Q, Smyths Toys, M&S Food Hall advertise more than 100 available positions.
Michelle Atack, Liverpool Shopping Park’s marketing manager, said: “We’re just six weeks away from the opening of Liverpool Shopping Park and it’s wonderful to see our first phase retail and leisure operators ready to start building their teams.
“There’s plenty of opportunities on offer and we’re expecting lots of interest. It’s a brilliant chance to be part of Liverpool Shopping Park.”
At 727,000 sq ft, the scheme is set to be the biggest retail park in the UK when it opens on October 20.
The job fair will take place at The Devonshire House Hotel on Edge Lane from 11am to 7pm.
