Science recruiter among new tenants at MediaCityUK’s Quay West building
Two new tenants are moving into the Quay West scheme at MediaCityUK.
Recruitment agency Science Recruitment Group (SRG), part of staffing services business Impellam, signed up for space on the building’s fifth floor.
SRG will relocate its team to Quay West from nearby Furness House.
Also moving to the bronze-glazed, eight-storey property is Arcon Housing Association, which is establishing a new HQ on the second floor.
Tim Taylor, leasing manager with the building’s owner Peel, commented: “These are two significant lettings for Quay West, following several lettings achieved over the past 12 months, and the quality of the space and the highly accessible location just add to the continuing strong appeal of this iconic building.”
Arcon chief exec Bernard Gallagher said: “We were looking to relocate from the city centre and wanted good quality accessible premises in a vibrant surrounding with amenities and car parking for our staff close at hand.
“Quay West fully met all our requirements and allows us to have a new HQ which is modern and fresh and perfect for us relaunching our social business.”
Arcon was represented in the move by office agent Canning O’Neill.
