New deals in Europe for Langver
The UK’s leading manufacturer of ratchet tensioners based in North Yorkshire set their sights on new markets in Europe.
While some companies may be concerned with the ongoing Brexit negotiations, Langver Engineering of Thirsk who design and manufacture ratchet tensioners for curtainsider trailers are continuing to expand into new territories across Europe.
Langver, who already supply to 90% of the UK market and a number of customers worldwide, are concentrating on making their mark on the European tensioner market. With new deals already in place with several European buyers and orders on their way overseas, Langver have now taken a step into countries which are completely new territories for them and are hoping they will bring further opportunities.
Joint Managing Director, Claire said “We have always wanted to take Langver as far as possible and are always looking for new opportunities to expand and work with new companies. Each client brings something different to the table and our engineers always enjoy working with them to produce a tensioner which meets exact requirements each time.
“There have been large investments into new machinery over the last 18 months so we can continue to produce the best tensioners available on the market, in large quantities, in short timeframes. This ensures we can export efficiently and effectively to meet new client demands.”
Langver’s newest communications have come from Poland with meetings in the pipeline to discuss new orders of customised tensioners.
