Record year puts Manchester’s Express Solicitors on track for £20m turnover
Personal injury law firm Express Solicitors is celebrating its best results to date after increasing turnover by 12%.
The Manchester-based company saw revenues rise from £12.3m in 2016 to £13.75m this year, with its sister medical company Ontime Reports Limited delivering a further £3m
Express grew its caseload from 8,041 to 8,385 during the period, while its workforce went from 187 employees to 198, 78 of whom are fee earners and 22 partners.
The firm believes it is on track to achieve a turnover of £20m within the next five years.
James Maxey, Express Solicitors’ managing partner, said: “Our ability to grow in this tough sector is down to our skilled, dedicated and compassionate team of lawyers and other staff who remain fully committed to getting injured people the justice they deserve.”
The firm attributed the growth to continued long-term support from Royal Bank of Scotland and a £4.7m investment in TV and radio ad campaigns.
Express Solicitors specialises in personal injury, accident and clinical negligence claims.
