Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is opening its first standalone residence in Mayfair

Finchatton, an international design and development firm, has partnered with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to offer the first standalone Four Seasons Private Residences in London.

Opening in 2018, the residences will be located at Twenty Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, and will comprise of 37 residences. It will offer access to many amenities that can be found in a Four Seasons hotel.

Residents will be able to enjoy dining and catering, childcare, pet care and transportation links, with each being tailored to suit the lifestyle of all of the property’s individuals.

The 250,000 sq ft development will also include a private wine cellar, a spa with a 25m swimming pool, as well as a cinema, business suite and private landscaped gardens.
