Drake & Morgan to open The Listing in East London
Drake & Morgan is to open The Listing in Cannon Street, London, on November 6.
Located in the new building, an 82k sq ft mixed-use modern office and retail space is a new concept from the hospitality group, headed by Jillian MacLean.
The Listing’s menu will feature breakfast dishes, small plates, flatbreads and sharing boards as well as superfood salads and main courses.
Managing director, Jillian MacLean, said: “Cannon Green is a landmark development and one of the best-connected buildings in the city. It is the perfect site from which to extend our Square Mile presence and we look forward to welcoming customers soon.”
The Listing is to be Drake & Morgan’s 22nd venue and follows on from The Allegory on Principal Place which is set to open in October 2017.
A year-round al fresco terrace with hanging planters and botanical lighting overlooks Suffolk Lane, providing an additional 26 covers. There will also be a leather-clad bar as well as a restaurant with an open kitchen.
Tony Levine, leisure agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Drake & Morgan is held in high esteem within the industry and we are delighted to secure such a fitting brand for our client and the location.
“Its string of ventures is indicative that The Listing will be a hotspot in the Cannon Street development.”
Shelley Sandzer acted on behalf of the landlord Ocubis in the deal.
