Salford’s ResponseTap expands into New York
Marketing technology firm ResponseTap has expanded overseas with a new US base.
The Salford-headquartered company relocated its American office from Atlanta to Madison Avenue in New York City to support its growing US operation.
ResponseTap said the expansion was made to accommodate a growing demand for its services across the pond, particularly in the travel, automotive, healthcare and insurance sectors.
In the the last 18 months, ResponseTap recorded 50% growth in monthly US billings after securing work with brands such as Scenic Tours, TUI, Regus and Mount Sinai.
CEO Ross Fobian, who is now based at ResponseTap New York office, said: “Brands – and agencies – are starting to demand more, so the opportunity to evidence and optimise marketing ROI in real-time granular detail is proving incredibly popular.
“Given the US’ service-driven economy, there’s also a huge appetite for our ability to inform and improve consumers’ telephone experience with a brand.”
He added: “This is the perfect time to build on this traction, not least because our technology is the strongest it has ever been.”
Ross is joined at the Manhattan office by Paul Reed who has worked with ResponseTap since early 2016 and relocated for a senior account management role.
