Spaces opens its third City Point workspace in London
Founded in Amsterdam in 2006, creative workspace company Spaces has opened a 16k sq ft business hub in City Point, London.
With 360 degree views in the capital’s financial district, Spaces City Point is located a few minutes walk away from Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations, and offers workspace over several floors including meeting rooms, offices and networking areas.
This is the ninth Spaces location to open in the UK, and the third in London. Internationally, the company has a network spanning the Netherlands, USA, Australia, Japan, Mexico… Further openings are planned for countries including Brazil, China and Italy.
Richard Morris, UK CEO of Spaces, commented: “With its fantastic location at the heart of the Square Mile, City Point is the perfect place for our dynamic work hub.
“We recognise that there is a growing demand for more diverse workspace. People want space that works for them in terms of style, size and layout instead of the more traditional “one size fits all” approach. This is what Spaces was created to provide.
“Based on the experience of our other Spaces locations, we expect to see interest from a range of different company sizes and sectors, including SMEs, startups, the self-employed, as well as larger companies looking to give their workforce some more flexibility.”
