Landsec welcomes new customers to The Zig Zag Building

Landsec has announced new arrivals to The Zig Zag Building, a distinctive commercial property in London, designed by Lynch Architects.

Premium juice brand Joe & the Juice has been confirmed to take a unit on the ground floor of The Zig Zag Building, next to steak eatery, M Restaurant.

Navig8, a fully integrated provider of shipping management services and the world’s largest independent pool and commercial management company, is to take around 10,900 sq ft on the sixth floor, too.

Rasmus Anderson, head of retail for Europe at Joe & The Juice, commented: “It’s amazing that we finally get to bring coffee, juice and much more to Victoria Street. We are extremely ambitious in all of our efforts and vain about the quality we deliver.

“With our new store in The Zig Zag Building, in the heart of Victoria, we get the chance to present our brand to diverse range of guests, and see this as a great opportunity to grow our presence in the area.”

Known as ‘The Thoughtful Building’ because of its occupier-focused design, The Zig Zag Building has full-length windows providing natural light throughout the building, with the potential to open sections for natural ventilation to encourage a happier working environment.

Matthew Flood, commercial director, London portfolio at Landsec commented: “These new additions to Victoria continue to demonstrate its appeal to a great variety of businesses from across London and underlines our commitment to creating a thriving and engaging experience for our customers.”

Nash Bond and Bruce Gillingham Pollard acted on behalf of Landsec for the Joe & the Juice deal; Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank acted on behalf of Landsec for the Navig8 deal, and Simon Korn acted on behalf of Navig8.
