Sales office for new homes development opens in Acklam
A sales office is now open at a new housing development in Acklam.
Developer Persimmon Homes is building 50 properties within the popular suburb of Middlesbrough. The development called Acorn Court comprises a selection of three and four-bedroom homes.
Joan Peart, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Teesside, said: “Acorn Court is in a great location. It is within a short walk of shops and eateries and there are many leisure facilities nearby.
“As we have now opened up our sales office, we expect a high level of interest from buyers. It is already proving popular with local first-time buyers and families with a number of homes already snapped up off plan. We would therefore recommend prospective buyers to come and visit the development to avoid disappointment.”
It’s never been easier or more affordable to move to Acorn Court thanks to a number of homebuyer incentives offered by Persimmon Homes. Schemes include Help to Buy and Part Exchange, which are ideal for both first-time buyers and those with a property to sell.
Prices start from £158,950. A new showhome, which will be a three-bedroom detached ‘Hatfield’ house type, will follow later in the year.
