Lakes Distillery toasts new deal with M&S
The Lakes Distillery has signed a new supply deal with national retailer Marks & Spencer.
The agreement will see two of the Cumbrian firm’s spirits stocked in 26 M&S stores across the North.
From October, The Lakes Distillery products will be available at sites in Penrith and Carlisle, and from Central Square in Leeds to Northumberland.
North East stores will include M&S sites in Newcastle, Sunderland, Northallerton and Middlesbrough.
The Lakes Distillery’s founder and managing director, Paul Currie, said: “We are very proud to now be stocked in Marks & Spencer stores across the North East and North West.
“Marks and Spencer are renowned for choosing high quality products to stock in their stores.”
He added: “It is incredible that their customers will now be able to experience the Best of British via select spirits of our award-winning portfolio – The Lakes Gin and The Lakes Vodka.”
The Lakes Distillery is based in Bassenthwaite.
