Newcastle-headquartered recruitment firm scales up Texas growth

After opening up a new office in Dallas, Texas back in June, Newcastle-headquartered Frank Recruitment Group is now looking to further increase its sales team in order to meet demand.

After noticing demand for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure Cloud Technology and Marketing Automation rise by over 150%, the business says it is now ready to drive the next planned phase of growth.

Having embedded 35 staff members hired in June, the firm is now looking to recruit up to 45 Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Consultants to work on FRG Technology Consulting and its long-established Microsoft recruitment brand Nigel Frank International.

“This is the next phase of our delivery plan,” said Executive Vice President, Paul Briggs, who heads up the Dallas office. “Texas is a very exciting area for technology startups and industry stalwarts alike.”

Tech giants such as Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Google and Microsoft have all opened new locations in Texas in recent years, a move which has led to the Lone Star State being named as the no.1 state in the nation for technology exports.
