Leeds house-builder published in Parliamentary Review
Leeds-based housebuilder, Park Lane Homes, is one of a select number of outstanding organisations chosen to represent best industry practice in the 2016/17 Parliamentary Review.
A key fixture in the political calendar, the Parliamentary Review looks back on the year in industry and Westminster to showcase best practice as a learning tool for the UK’s public and private sector. Each edition is sent to over half a million leading policymakers and demonstrates how sector leaders have responded to challenges in the political and economic environment, acting as both a blueprint for success and a template for reform. Park Lane Homes was one of just 13 sector representatives to contribute articles alongside a foreword from Prime Minister Theresa May.
Park Lane Homes managing director, Brian Clink, said:
“Park Lane Homes are immensely proud to have contributed to the 2016/17 Parliamentary Review. To be chosen as a national representative for best practice is outstanding recognition for our quality-led approach to housebuilding.”
The Parliamentary Review’s director, Daniel Yossman, commented:
“Park Lane Homes and other hardworking organisations from across the country have come together to make this year’s Review possible. Sharing knowledge and insight with both peers and government is essential work and I am delighted that this year’s Review will reach every corner of the British economy. It’s always a real joy to hear from policymakers who tell me that something they have read in the Review has had an effect on their thinking. It is my belief that innovation is contagious, if only it is given the platform to spread. It is the Review’s purpose to provide this platform and I am confident we are fulfilling it.”
In addition to a land consultancy service, Park Lane Homes is best known for specialising in building bespoke luxury homes in enviable locations in and around North Leeds, Harrogate, Wetherby and Wharfedale. With all work in progress sold off-plan and working towards pre-Christmas handovers, the company is making final preparations for its forthcoming projects. It will soon commence the construction and marketing of a unique luxury detached home in Collingham and has plans to begin a development of detached and semi-detached homes in the sought-after village of Boston Spa which will come into play in spring 2018.
