This London French fine dining restaurant has been awarded its first Michelin Star
La Dame de Pic London, based at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, has achieved its first Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018.
Opening in January 2017, the French fine dining restaurant, is the only UK outpost from acclaimed French Chef Anne-Sophie Pic.
The Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018 was announced on the 2nd October at The Brewery, near the Barbican, in East London. Currently 150 restaurants in the UK hold one star, 20 have two stars and 5 hold three stars. The capital currently houses 70 of the 175 acclaimed restaurants in the UK.
Attending the announcement last week, Anne-Sophie pic commented: “It is the greatest honour to have been awarded a Michelin star. This star is testament to the entire team’s dedication to delivering excellence to every guest dining in the restaurant daily.
“I am extremely proud to receive this recognition for my first restaurant in the UK”.
The chef’s discerning sense of taste and smell has guided her distinctive culinary style, which is largely based on intution and emotion.
At the UK base, Anne-Sophie is continuing to build on the unique culinary identity that she is known for, drawing inspiration from a selection of her favourite ingredients and using the best seasonal British produce.
La Dame de Pic London is Anne-Sophie’s fourth Michelin-starred restaurant in her portfolio, which includes restaurants in Valence (three star), Lausanne (two star) and Paris (one star). The restaurant has received positive reviews since opening due to maintaining a high level of quality, style and personal service from the team.
The restaurant is open for lunch daily from 12pm - 2:15pm and dinner Monday - Saturday from 6:30pm - 10pm. Bookings can be made online or via telephone.
