A 30-strong delegation of property investors from China also visited the stand during the event on October, 18 and 19, to explore investment opportunities in the Greater Thames Valley, which is the UK’s most productive region outside London.
The delegation, led by UK Property Forums, comprised of Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) partners representing Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Enterprise M3, Oxfordshire, Solent and Swindon&Wiltshire alongside Basingstoke and Dean Borough Council, political and stakeholder engagement consultancy Development Communications, and property management software company Locale.
