Kainos Group expands into Europe with new office opening
Kainos Group plc, a digital services provider and platform, has announced today (October 24) that it has opened a new office in Copenhagen to meet growing demand for its Workday services business across Europe.
Kainos Copenhagen will serve the company’s customer base for Workday Inc., a company specialising in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources.
This new office marks an advance in the expansion of Kainos’ fast-growing Workday services business in Europe, following the opening of an office in Germany earlier this year, the fourth country the division has expanded into outside the UK.
Malachy Smith, head of Kainos’ WorkSmart division, commented: “This new office is another sign of progress in our Workday services business which is gaining real momentum across Europe.
“We have established a solid pipeline in the region which we will be better placed to service with our on the ground presence. Kristian’s ERP experience and credentials gives Kainos a strategic advantage and will enable the business to continue to drive momentum.”
This coincides with the group reaching 100 customers for Kainos Smart, its innovative product that helps clients automate testing of their Workday configuration, both before and after initial implementation.
Kristian Rude, an ERP and cloud consultant, has been appointed as the head of the new office to oversee Kainos’ growth in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
He is to bring a knowledge in leadership and technical experience to the role, along with a strong network and understanding of the business landscape in said regions.
He added: “I believe Workday is the best cloud technology in the market, [and] Kainos is unique among Workday partners with a winning culture; competitive delivery model; solid references and excellent people.
“Therefore, I am excited to have been given the opportunity to spearhead Kainos’ Workday operation in these regions.”
