Bradford IT company goes 'Global' with first office in Leeds
IT company Lily Comms is set to launch its first office in Leeds after acquiring a unit within the Global Business Park in Millshaw, located off the Leeds Outer Ring Road.
Evans Property Group completed the sale of the 5,100 sq ft unit to Lily Comms, which currently operates from offices in Bradford.
Lily Comms provides communication solutions for businesses across the UK.
Global Business Park is situated on Global Avenue in Millshaw, just 4 miles to the south of Leeds City Centre, 0.25 miles from junction 1 of the M621 and 2 miles from junction 28 of the M62 motorway.
Richard Bean, senior asset manager for Evans Property Group, commented: “We are delighted to complete the recent sale of Unit A to Lily Comms.
“Leeds is fast becoming a major hub for the TMT industry and we are witnessing strong levels of interest from this sector.
“The excellent position of the new offices within Global Business Park provides the perfect location for the company to further expand, and even go global.”
Robin Beagley, partner of commercial property agents WSB, which acted on behalf of Evans Property Group, added: “Global Business Park is a significant out of town office development and the success we have seen with the sale of Unit A underlines the appeal to occupiers of being located in this convenient position close to Leeds City Centre, the motorway network and all of the amenities on offer at The White Rose Centre.”
