Shelley Sandzer acts in deal for a new Richmond restaurant
One of London’s leisure property agencies, Shelley Sandzer, has acted in a deal that will see all-day Australian restaurant, Antipodea, open at 30 Hill Street in Richmond.
The 2,452 sq ft restaurant, due to open at the end of 2017, will be split between ground floor and basement levels. The eatery, based on Melbourne’s dining scene, will offer an informal vibe during the day that transforms into a brasserie style offering into the evening.
Founded by the team behind independently owned café group, Brew, this will be the brand’s third site following locations in Kew and Putney.
Commenting on the news, Tony Levine at Shelley Sandzer, said: “We’re thrilled to have sold the lease onto Antipodea who have already proved to be a great success in South West London.
“We are thrilled to utilise our expert knowledge in both the industry and the area to secure the perfect tenant for this sought-after location.”
