SHW firm lets Sutton industrial property to Asian food supermarket
Acting on behalf of Sutton Council, Stiles Harold Williams Partnership LLP (SHW), has let 38 Kimpton Road to H Mart Europe Ltd, which was originally a US-based distributor of Korean Foods in the UK.

Alex Gale, partner of SHW, commented: “Sutton Council should be applauded for having the foresight to build new industrial capacity at a time of historic chronic shortage.
“The vacancy rate in this area is currently less than four per cent.”
38 Kimpton Road hosts a series of eco-friendly features including electric car charging points, rainwater harvesting and photovoltaic cells for solar energy capture.
