Worship wins: Raft of new clients for Manchester CRO agency

Manchester-based ecommerce growth specialist, Worship, is celebrating a raft of new client wins, coming at the end of a year which has seen record growth and turnover, plus industry accolades for outstanding CRO work.

Worship was recently shortlisted for this year’s Northern E-commerce Awards in the ‘Conversion Optimisation Agency of the Year’ category, and won earlier this year at the PRCA Digital Awards for the ‘Best Use of Reporting and Measurement’, for the agency’s work with Corgi Homeplan.

Four impressive new business wins this autumn include Skipton Building Society, Reuse Technology Group, Henchman, the UK’s leading safety ladder specialist and two fashion brands - Boy London and Criminal Damage. Each client has the same objective; increase website revenue by better understanding users and providing a better online experience.

Nina Mack, Managing Director at Worship, said: “We specialise in improving user experiences and customer journeys. Our growth framework involves collecting and analysing data about user behavior and psychology, iterative testing and continuous learning and improvement. Simply put, the Worship framework grows website revenue.”

“Our work with Corgi HomePlan increased conversion rates by an incredible 132%, which in real terms translated to an additional £750,000 in revenue over 12 months.”

Simon Parkinson, managing director at Corgi HomePlan commented, ““Worship were very thorough in their initial research and identified a number of key areas for improvement including the presentation of the value proposition. Using the insights they uncovered in the research phase, they developed alternative web pages which in testing provided significantly better results than the current pages. Their unique approach removes the guesswork from growing online sales. Each of the changes they’ve made and tested so far have resulted in conversion uplifts of 20 – 30%. Fantastic.”

Darrel Arjoon from Reuse Tech Group commented, “We’re really excited about our growth plans but we were keen to select the right digital partner to grow our online business. We wanted to work with someone who uses a data-driven, user centric approach rather than a partner who bases recommendations on what their designers think. We need a more robust approach, so the decision to engage with Worship was easy.”

Nina said, “This year has been busy as I also did the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme, which takes high growth businesses such as ours through months of intensive training to further accelerate growth. It’s been an incredible learning curve and I think our record turnover in the second half of this year is a testament to its impact.”

As a result, the agency is currently looking to add a conversion focused digital designer to the team with to work in its Manchester city centre offices.

Worship also works with north west based gift tree delivery company, Tree 2 My Door and online toy retailer Bargain Max.
