Sheffield's Westfield Health prepares new city centre HQ for Royal visit

A Royal visitor is set to embark on a Sheffield business’ new headquarters on 31st October.

Westfield Health, the health insurance agency, will welcome His Royal Highness, The Duke of Gloucester, to Westfield House on Charter Row where he will meet with representatives from four recipients of Westfield’s charitable arm.

Representatives from Weston Park Cancer Charity, St Luke’s Hospice, The Children’s Hospital Charity and Transplant Sport will meet The Duke.

Graham Moore, chairman of Westfield Health, said: “We are honoured to be welcoming The Duke of Gloucester to our new building later this month and we’re also very proud to be introducing him to four charities that we have worked closely with for a number of years.

“Through the Westfield Health Charitable Trust, we’ve donated more than £14m to the NHS and medically related charities over the last 20 years. We passionately support the health and wellbeing of communities across the UK and will continue to provide donations in the future.

“We’re also very excited to be able to give His Royal Highness a tour of our new HQ. The new Westfield House is intended to demonstrate a commitment to Westfield’s future, while retaining our traditional values of offering health and wellbeing solutions that meet both the needs of individuals and organisations in Sheffield and beyond.

“The move to our new home signifies the start of a new era for Westfield Health, and what better way to mark this than with a visit from the Duke of Gloucester.”

As well as meeting employees and representatives from the charities, His Royal Highness will be given a tour of the new eight-storey Westfield House, concluding with lunch on its roof terrace with 360-degree views overlooking the city.
