Bluewater welcomes two new high-end fashion and accessory brands
Two international fashion debuts have arrived at Bluewater shopping centre, with Landsec.
One of Europe’s biggest leisure destinations, the building now holds the renowned New York designer, Coach, with its first boutique having opened there.
Joining the American brand is Alex and Ani, a symbol-based fashion jewellery brand, which launched as a standalone store at Bluewater on September 25, 2017.
Russell Loveland, portfolio director at Landsec and co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “We are always looking to drive our premium offer to appeal to the affluent catchment.
“The opening of Coach - and Kate Spade New York launching late this year - in addition to Alex and Ani, significantly enhance Bluewater’s overall line-up of leading national and international retailers.”
The new 1,750 sq ft Coach store is to be located on the Lower Guildhall adjacent to House of Fraser, featuring a contemporary interior.
Alex and Ani’s 890 sq ft store is situated next to Pandora on the Lower Thames Walk.
In addition, these openings follow a string of other recent international brand signings. Smashbox, the Los Angeles-based beauty brand opened its first store at Bluewater, along with high-street fashion retailer, Missguided.
CBRE and Time Retail Partners acted for Bluewater. The Coach brand represented itself in the deal. Maddox Retail acted on behalf of Alex and Ani.
