An industrial property sale has been made in Croydon
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Stiles Harold Williams Partnership LLP (SHW) has today announced (October 31) its selling of the HTZ building on Vulcan Way.
The property is in New Addington. A South East bakery - which supplies various bakery products in London - has bought the building.
HTZ, a manufacturer in London, previously occupied the premises, but has since moved to East Grinstead. The unit offers 13,000 sq ft of warehousing on a 0.6 acre site.
Sam Baly, who works for SHW LLP, commented: “Freehold warehouses for owner occupiers are a rarity in the local market at present, and with current vacancy rates at sub four per cent, this deal underpins the rise in prices being achieved in South London and Surrey.”
In the area, you can find local occupiers such as Centronic, G.Miccoli & Sons, Adams Aviation, Alliance Healthcare and Angell Welding & Fabrications - to name just a few.
