A popular Helensburgh supermarket has been purchased by a London based investment company in a multi mullion pound deal.

Leading North East property firm Bradley Hall managed the acquisition on behalf of the purchaser.

“The store and petrol station are collectively a successful business which has proven to be a popular retail destination for the people of Helensburgh and surrounding areas. The Waitrose building has been constructed to a high standard and is aesthetically impressive.

“The purchase will also benefit the local community, ensuring jobs and premium shopping opportunities for local people.

“Although we are primarily a truly regional North East company we also look to expand our offerings on a national basis, taking on opportunities further afield and utilising our national knowledge to provide a high quality service for our clients.

“Buying and selling ‘off market’ investments has been very successful for the practice due to our extensive agency base and national network of contacts feeding in superb opportunities such as the Waitrose deal.”
