Cumbria Tourism to boost visitor numbers with winter reward card
Cumbria’s tourist board is launching a reward card to boost visitor numbers this winter.
Running until mid-March 2018, the Love Cumbria card will allow visitors in the county to take advantage of more than 40 offers on a host of attractions, restaurants and seasonal treats.
The card includes 2-for-1 deals and discounts of up to 25%.
Participating businesses include Gilpin Spice, Senhouse Roman Museum, The Cliffhanger Rooms, Keswick Climbing Wall and Lanercost Priory.
The Love Cumbria card can either be purchased either online or at a participating outlet.
Sue Clarke, Cumbria Tourism’s sales and marketing manager, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming back The Love Cumbria Winter Rewards Card for a second winter season.
“We were overwhelmed with how well last year’s inaugural winter marketing campaign was received by our visitors, and look forward to making this winter even more special for everyone who is planning a cosy break away.”
