Regency Residential launches new residential village in Cannock
Property development and consultancy firm, Regency Residential, part of the MCR Property Group, has launched a new residential scheme in the heart of Cannock.
Tawny & Carder Place brings 40 one and two-bedroom open-plan apartments to the local market, split between two double-storey blocks in a desirable, secluded setting.
Located half a mile away from Cannock town centre, residents will benefit from the scheme’s close proximity to shopping centres, theatres, restaurants and cafes.
Tawny & Carder Place is designed to a high specification, with bright interiors that embrace natural light, as well as integrated storage and kitchen appliances which provide modern, functional living.
Prices at Tawny & Carder Place start from £84,950 for a one-bedroom apartment and £114,950 for a two-bedroom option.
Chris Taylor, managing director at Manchester-based Regency Residential, said: “Cannock is easily commutable to the likes of Birmingham, the Midlands and northern cities; a very attractive prospect for people wanting to live outside of our busiest cities, but venture into them effortlessly.
“It goes without saying that Tawny & Carder Place will be an attractive choice for first time buyers and investors alike. Cannock offers superb value for money – recent ONS statistics show that average house prices in the area have risen 5.6 per cent to £159,000 – and provides a fantastic long-term opportunity for investors, who can expect a projected annual yield as high as 7.5 per cent on the soaring rental market.”
Tawny & Carder Place is scheduled to be finished Christmas 2017 and show homes will be available for viewing in December 2017.
