Restaurant and bar venue launches on Manchester’s Store Street
A new restaurant and bar has opened its doors at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Manchester.
Store Street Exchange and Store Street Craft Bar will aim to bring a ‘unique and unconventional offering’ to the city’s gastro lineup, according to leisure operator Valor Hospitality Europe, which manages the hotel.
Both sites are located on the ground floor of the DoubleTree venue and comprise a mix of seating areas to encourage discussions and creativity, including semi-private dining options, mini-meeting spaces and an outdoor terrace.
Brian McCarthy, managing director of leisure operator Valor Hospitality Europe, said: “At Valor, it’s important to us that each of our 17 hotels has its own distinct personality, and this is evident in this exciting new venue.
“Store Street Exchange’s design, and its menus, both embrace the character of Manchester and its people.”
The general manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Manchester, Robert Ford, commented: “With the Store Street concept, we’ve brought something extra-special but simple to Manchester.
“We’re all about offering locally sourced ingredients, great food and a cracking collection of drinks in a place where people feel comfortable and relaxed.”
He added: “After months of hard work and planning, it’s fantastic to finally welcome people through our doors to enjoy our unique venue.”
