Clean sweep for MiniMe Marketing at Altrincham & Sale Chamber Business Awards

At the sixth annual Altrincham & Sale Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2017, MiniMe Marketing & PR Consultancy walked away with 2 trophies, making it a clean sweep as winners in both of their nominated categories.

Entering the final quarter of 2017, MiniMe Marketing have had a successful year from growing their team to making the shortlist of 4 finalists at the E3 Awards in the Creative, Digital and Media category. Having implemented a number of changes to the business over the past few months, the team were delighted to be shortlisted in two categories at the Altrincham & Sale Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. Owner, Rina Bharath, and her team at MiniMe Marketing, had made it a clear target for themselves to achieve recognition for their work, so taking home the Customer Service of the Year trophy was an incredible achievement for the team.

The second award win of the night was for Marketing Consultant, Olivia Parkes (pictured above), who joined MiniMe Marketing in 2014 and chose to complete a further higher-level 4 apprenticeship in Marketing Communications, and as a result has excelled within her role to become an instrumental part of the team. Now preparing to complete her qualification, winning Young Apprentice of the Year was a fitting end to her hard work over the past 3 years.

Since moving to Birchwood Park in 2014 the business has grown rapidly, but in the past 12 months specifically, client referrals and an improved marketing strategy has attracted clients from all four corners of the UK including London, Glasgow and the East Midlands, with work focussing on Digital Marketing content, Direct Marketing campaigns, and PR activity.

Commenting on MiniMe’s success at the awards, Owner and Managing Consultant, Rina Bharath, said: “To win the award for best Customer Service has justified the very point of why I set up the business 7 years ago - to work with the commitment and dedication of an in-house marketing department, and making each client feel like they are our only client. On top of this, Olivia has been a God send to help me keep my dream going whilst being able to raise my children and launch my second business Indi Mamma. She has worked extremely hard over the past three years and truly deserves to be recognised as Apprentice of the Year.”
