Kings Hill’s John Owen Joins Leading National Property Consultancy Firm
John Owen, a highly respected Building Consultancy expert and resident of Kings Hill has joined Matthews & Goodman, one of the country’s leading specialist commercial property consultancies, to head up the firm’s national Building Consultancy team.
Based in London’s West End, John has been invited to join the partnership as a Member of the LLP, giving a fantastic opportunity to help drive a growing national firm forward.
With over 15 years’ experience in senior building surveying roles at GL Hearn and Capita Real Estate Advisory, John’s experience and expertise includes:
• Advising High Net Worth Individuals on their property investments – ranging from £5m to £65m • Conducting strategic maintenance and compliance reviews for a number of different clients including First Great Western and Nationwide Building Society • Leading the Dearle & Henderson team in a JV partnership with one of Indonesia’s leading property consultancies Satyatama Graha Tara • Managing a broad cross-section of Project Management and Contract Administration contracts, which ranged from £50,000 to over £3m.
