New Treehouse base for Manchester design agency Buffalo 7
PowerPoint presentation design agency Buffalo 7 has moved into new space within one of Manchester’s busiest creative hubs.
The company invested over £100k to fit out a two-level, 5,157 sq ft office at The Treehouse, located at 127 Portland Street.
The building is part of property giant Bruntwood’s West Village, which houses businesses from the media, PR, digital and creative industries across four buildings.
Buffalo 7 CEO Lyndon Nicholson said: “After years of continued growth we are recognised as one of the UK’s leading specialist presentation design agencies.
“To support our continued expansion we wanted an office space that would inspire our talented team.”
He added: “The Treehouse does exactly that and offers the ideal workspace for us to focus on collaboration, which is key for us as a creative business. We also have room to grow and have hired six more team members since moving here.”
Bruntwood’s head of transactions and asset management, Bradley Topps, commented: “We welcome Buffalo 7 to the West Village community and are confident that The Treehouse will provide them with the best environment to grow and develop their business.”
Buffalo 7 was founded in 2009 and today employs 31 people.
