North West housebuilder starts work on 48-home scheme near Wigan
North West housebuilder Eccleston Homes has started work on its sixth residential development this year.
The company is on site at its Garrett Manor scheme in Mosley Common near Wigan, taking the number of homes it currently has under construction to 74.
Garrett Manor, located at Norton Road, will be the company’s biggest development to date, delivering 48 new homes across a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and mews-style properties.
Eccleston Homes chief exec Kevin Marren said: “We are well on track to deliver our proposed schemes, with a healthy pipeline of land acquisitions for the next two years.
“Our high-level customer satisfaction and fast growth in the last 12 months has been down to strategic site purchases throughout the North West, whilst maintaining superior quality homes within expected time frames.”
He added: “We look to extend our presence with great ambition over the next year.”
Garrett Manor is due for completion by 2019.
