Broadway Shoppers Can Bag Big Bargains This Black Friday

As Black Friday approaches, retailers in The Broadway shopping centre in Bradford have begun announcing their super savings, with some starting as early as November 23rd.

A popular day in the shopaholics’ calendar, Black Friday has become a high street phenomenon over the last five years, with retailers scrambling to offer the best deals and discounts to their shoppers.

The Broadway Shopping Centre, which is open from 9am until 8pm on the big day, is anticipating a busy day and weekend, as some stores will be continuing their offers all the way through to Sunday 27th November. Black Friday also marks the beginning of The Broadway’s extended opening hours for the festive period.

Fashion fans will find plenty to choose from, with 25% off all full price clothes in New Look from the 23rd until the 27th November, and 20% off all men’s and women’s windcheaters in Superdry on 24th November.

There’s also 20% off at popular shoe store Office, 30% off selected lines at Swarovski, and up to 70% off at The Entertainer on 24th November.

Ian Ward, general manager at The Broadway, says: “Since Black Friday made its way to the UK from the US, there’s been a real trend in savvy shoppers seeking out the best deals ahead of Christmas.

“We saw so many customers making their way to The Broadway for the event last year, and we’re expecting even more shoppers to take advantage of the sales on offer this year. There are some incredible bargains to be had, so I invite everyone to come spend their Black Friday with us.”
