Dacres Scores Sponsorship Deal With Ilkley Football Club

Leading estate agency firm Dacre, Son & Hartley has scored a wondergoal by becoming the official new 2017/18 kit sponsor of Ilkley Football Club’s under 8s team.

The company’s logo and website address is now emblazoned across the team’s distinctive navy blue and yellow shirts. The team plays its home games at Ben Rhydding Sports Club and competes against other teams throughout the area. This latest sponsorship comes on the back of Dacre, Son & Hartley already sponsoring pitch side banners at the club.

Director Paul Wilson, who manages Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Ilkley office and the Wharfedale area, says: “Ilkley Football Club is growing rapidly and enjoying lots of success, with the first team currently riding high in the West Yorkshire Premier League. The club is also building its profile and will be engaging with a wide range of new groups and teams throughout the local community, when its state of the art new 3G pitch opens later this year.

“Following a £300,000 investment at the club, supported by the likes of the FA and Sport England, it will provide a great facility for the people of Ilkley and the Wharfe Valley, as well as helping to put the club on the map.”

Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential sales at Dacre, Son & Hartley, who is based in the firm’s Ilkley office, adds: “As a successful local business, that takes great pride in being immersed in the local communities where we operate, it’s a great time to expand our sponsorship with the club and we are delighted to see our logo proudly displayed on the team’s shirts.”

Locally, Dacre Son & Hartley also supports Ilkley Carnival, the Burley Summer Festival, Ilkley Rugby Club and Ben Rhydding’s hockey club.
