Shelley Sandzer secures second site for authentic Vietnamese eatery in Brixton

Shelley Sandzer has secured a second site for Vietnamese restaurant, Banh Banh.

The new location is situated at 326 Coldharbour Lane in Brixton, and covers around 1,400 sq ft on ground level. The restaurant is said to have space for 65 covers and include a bar area.

Banh Banh was founded by five siblings, remaining independently owned to this day. In 2016, the debut restaurant was opened in Peckham. The menu has been designed to reflect the food the siblings grew up eating, mainly cooked by their grandma, a chef in the 1940s.

“Shelley Sandzer has a history of activity in Brixton, having most recently completed on deals such as Canova Hall. This experience and expert knowledge in the area allowed us to secure the perfect site for Banh Banh’s second restaurant.”

This follows the recent news that Shelley Sandzer has secured a 3,350 sq ft second site for Italian Restaurant, La Tagliata, on the corner of Whitfield Street and Grafton Way in Fitzrovia.
