Knight Frank secures letting of 'prestigious' 52,500 sq ft West Yorkshire warehouse
Kelling Group, the building equipment hire service, is letting a brand new 52,500 sq ft facility at Trident Park in Normanton.
Knight Frank’s industrial agency team, based in Leeds, secured the letting of Unit F to Kelling Group on a long-term lease.
Knight Frank was instructed as sole agent to market the distribution unit on the Trident Park development on behalf of client Travis Perkins Properties.
Built in 2016, the property features 13 metre eaves height, generous secure yard, four loading doors and two storey offices.
Iain McPhail, partner at Knight Frank in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted to have achieved a great result for our client on what is a prestigious high-quality warehouse unit situated in a prime logistics location within a mile of junction 31 of the M62.
“Due to its impressive specification, coupled with the lack of existing stock on the market of this size, the building has attracted interest since commencement of marketing”.
