Santa Claus is coming to Towers Business Park

Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) – owner and manager of the Towers Business Park – has announced details of its festive events line up.

Tenants at Towers Business Park in Didsbury will be treated to a host of festive activities at the Piazza and around the region to celebrate Christmas.

Towers is sponsoring two Christmas trees at the Francis House annual festival of Trees at the Lowry Outlet Centre at MediaCityUK. The festival invites bids on trees, which are all decorated with shopping vouchers and gifts from Harrods, Loreal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Yankee Candle and many more, with all proceeds going to Francis House. The festival runs until 12th December.

The 7th December sees the party on the Piazza at Towers with wreath decoration workshops, cards and craft stalls, mulled wine and mince pies, a seasonal BBQ, gift wrapping and Christmas carols from the Halle quartet. Tenants and their families and friends can join in the festivities between 12pm and 2pm.

In addition, Kennedy Wilson is donating £500 worh of toys to the Towers Kids fund to provide Christmas presents for children in the region.

Matthew Milroy, of Kennedy Wilson Europe, says “December is a time for sharing and giving and we want to make sure we do what we can to support our chosen charity, Francis House, as well as children and families in need of extra support. All tenants in our community work hard all year so we want to show our appreciation and make sure they end the year on a high!

“We wish all our tenants, suppliers, customers and Didsbury businesses a very happy and peaceful Christmas, and a successful 2018!”

Towers Business Park was acquired by Kennedy Wilson in 2016. The offices are let to 24 corporate business occupiers, which includes John Lewis, British Airways, Honeywell, Oracle, Syngenta and Cisco, and has an occupancy of 98%.
